Helen and her husband Christopher were born to travel.  Both of them were Army brats growing up, moving almost constantly from place to place (mostly overseas).  Between the two of them, they speak 11 languages and have been to over 180 countries.  Even today, they both continue to move from country to country every 6 months or so and still love to travel.
